The MHS boys cross country team placed second at Centennial League in Topeka with a score of 45. Senior Lucas Holdren placed 1st with a time of 15:12 just one second off of the school record. Senior Cooper Sturm placed 6th followed by juniors Jack Spiegel and Andrei Mazin placing 7th and 14th, sophomores Will Richards and Wilson Wesch placing 18th and 23rd and senior Aiden Hilton placing 25th. The team took 2nd place behind Junction City and will move on to Regionals this week at Wichita East.
