On Thursday, Sept. 14 1,000 plastic ducks were hidden around MHS. This trend was started by Freshman Aubrey Heier.
“We are hiding 1,000 ducks all around the school. No rules steal them, rehide them, murder them, play dress up with them idc,” Heier said in a Snapchat post. “Whoever finds the most before Homecoming and post them to meet a count of all the ducks Sept. 29 will win a bag of prizes.”
Students have been finding them all around the school during the day. Some of them even have decided to meet up before and after school to have a small search party for the ducks, while others are finding the small plastic babies that were hidden last year around this time.
Students look forward to finding as many as possible before the end of the month.
