Danielle Cook, Entertainment Editor
Hello, lovelies….I’m Danielle, editor of The Mentor’s entertainment page. I’m a senior this year, and I’ve been with the newspaper crew since the second semester of my sophomore year. I love writing for The Mentor and participating in staff shenanigans with my motley colleagues. I also enjoy big cities, boybands (judge me), photography, history, Chinese food and, of course, the fine art of writing. I have a deep eternal fascination with human behavior, which is why you’ve probably caught me staring at you before during class, lunch, or whilst walking the halls (Don’t worry…I’m not really looking at you; I’m probably just over-analyzing your every move or searching your soul for something worth writing about). I aspire to be a journalist or photographer for a big-time magazine like Glamour or Cosmopolitan (seems like a bit of a longshot, but hey, if your dreams don’t scare you, they’re not big enough, right?), hopefully living it up in a city somewhere. Or perhaps I’ll just be a free-spirited globetrotter, exploring the world, writing stories, experiencing every aspect of every culture I possibly can. I haven’t decided yet.
xx.
