Greg Woods, Online Editor-in-Chief
If you weren’t already aware, my name is Greg Woods. Which you should have been, because I’m kind of a big deal. Just kidding. That’s an “Anchorman” line. Anyways. I’m the at The Mentor which automatically elevates me over the peas — uh, staff writers — but below Stal — the editors-in-chief. Yes, that sounds right. I joined staff the second semester of last year when the former sports editor… um… respectfully declined to continue his work. That’s all you need to know.
Believe it or not, I have a life outside the newspaper (though my superiors may have me believe otherwise at times). I play the drums, I play Ultimate Frisbee (yes, it’s a sport and yes it’s a club at MHS) and I have been known to tap on the most convenient surface which I’m told doesn’t sound as good as it does in my head. Whatever. I’m a diehard fan of K-State sports and the San Antonio Spurs (I used to live in San Antonio so don’t even give me any of that bandwagon nonsense). Welp. It seems as if I’ve exceeded the length this bio is supposed to be, so… the end. Good bye. Sayanora. All that cool stuff. The end. I already said that.
